Hi Neighbors! This is a special page for Monroe Street Market residents. DC Judo is offering two special programs for MSM residents at Edgewood Arts Center right here where we live.

Capital Grapple 2014 Agnes Moon Photos 6Judo – Maybe you only heard of Judo from Austin Powers or maybe you are an experienced martial artist. Either way, there is a place for you in the DC Judo classes at Edgewood on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Judo is a martial art and Olympic sport that we practice for fun, exercise, or competition. Judo is a great workout that gets you using your whole body in new and interesting ways. You can read more about Judo here but the best idea is to stop by Edgewood Arts and try it out. How much does it cost? Well nothing for you as an MSM resident. Drop by, show your MSM fob, and we’ll sign you up at no cost while you remain an MSM resident. There are a limited number of spots available so join us soon! Classes start Tuesday September 2nd. Mondays 7:30-9:30 PM, Tuesdays 6:30-8:30 PM, Saturday 11:30 AM-1 PM.
